Dear all ,
Pls advice on below order as same has not been signed by Hnb'l chief justice Bombay High Court and reason unknown and also my lawyer is helpless and is awaitng signature from chief justice.
Pls advice wether there is no mechanism whereas we can find out why it is not signed or delay as of same.
Pls also advice what is the term "S.O. " as mentioned in order
