Incorrect name on the estamp paper

Hi All, I recently purchased a flat, while doing registration we found that the seller name on estamp paper ( where we mention party name) has one spelling mistake. Rest all places the name is correct. Kindly advise on how that need to be corrected. Regards Gaurav

Dear Gaurav,

No problem, no need to worry as long as the particulars in the document is correct.

still you think you want to get it corrected if your seller is still willing to do the signature then you can go for rectification in the same registration office.
