if an employee is on maternity leave, during the expiry of her Contract? eg . Her maternity leave ends on 7 march and her contract expires on 1 march ./ We can extend the contract till expiry of his maternity leave ya she lose 6 day ML? as its mentioned in law ML is un-interrupted(in- continuation) ?
