Common passage usage and ownership

Hello Sir/Madam, I am Kiran from Bangalore. 15years before my mother & my maternal uncle purchased 2 rows houses in common compound each measuring 20 x 30. The 2 houses share common moulding, common wall, drainage system. My mother's house don't have direct access to road and needs to use the front passage of my uncle's house to access the road & he registered this front passage as part of his property. We are using this passage since last 15 years & now he is threatening that he is going to build a wall in the passage that blocks our access to road. My questions are, 1/ can he consider the front passage as his property? 2/ can he construct the wall that block our access to roads? 3/ what can I do to prevent the construction of the wall that he is planning too?
