Im appointed in state govt university, as a lecturer on consolidated pay on ad hoc basis till i continue... At that time of notification (2009)for permanent appointment they give , interview conducted as per panel, & some people's also appointed in permanent scale by this notification.in notification university didn't mentioned adhoc. But some people's appointed in adhoc, like me. We r continue for 3 academic years without break, next they give break. After summer holidays normally we continued. In this situation, if we r go to court any sources for permanent.... Pls tell me any judgment s
