Hi,
We purchased a flat in Pune. Due to some delays and monetary crunch, the builder has changed the plan. Due to this the flat I bought is now supposed to be refuge area. The original refuge area was at level 8. If builder agrees to make the flat at level 8 which was earlier the refuge area.
In this case my flat number is changing from 703(original) to 803 (new). Also the carpet area is changing a bit.
Can this be done via correction deed or we will have to execute a new registry.
Any insights will be helpful.
