Municipal taxes

one factory was started in 1986 but remain closed till 2011 and the assessment was done in 2006 bu the basic rate was fixed.as per the assessment the municipal council is demanding the higher taxes on the ground of reassessment.will the matter will be challenged in the court.

Hi,

Please can you please guide what is difference between General Tax & Property Tax. Both are same Tax or it is diferent Taxes ? Becuase of I have paid my Society Property Tax but if we see in Property Tax bill and pay receipt it is mentioned General TAX.Please guide me it is correct or it is wrongly mentioned in the Bill & Pay Reciept.
