St abuse case

Try gathering proof that you were not there at such place and time.  That will save you.  But cant say about your brother.  

is there any use with filing quash petion in high court?

That nobody can tell except your advocate at HC.

THERE IS NO PARTICULAT TIME, DATE, AND PLACE IN THE COMPLAINT. AND EVENTHOUGH THEY DIDT MENTION MY NAME IN ABUSING. THEY MENTIOND JUST MY NAME AS CO BORROWER. AND THAT IS ALSO NOT TRUE..NO PROOFS. OR PAPERS OR CHEQUES,
