Dear All,
Please advise is there any way to get heard writ petition at priority .My petition is listed in Preliminary hearing B group.
For past 4 months I am waiting for hearing.5 different dates has been given in last 3 months and number lies somewhere between 60 to 114 in cause list.
Honourable judge never reaches up to that number and my case gets adjourned.
Please advise .
