138 accused not tradable by police

What if police station gives nbw replay to court as accused not trasable and declared as runway ??? What should I ask court what next step courts take in cheque bounce 138 case after this replay from police if I find him next time after few months and present him in court ? Will court give bail to him even after this

If you can engage with a smart lawyer and go to his last place of stay and make enquiries in a tactical way you will get the lead. Taking those leads you can know where he is presently put up. Having the NBW in hand you can approach the police station in that locality and take steps to arrest him and produce him before court.

This actually is not that difficult, just try.
