dear all I have filled a private complaint , sections are 420, 409, 406 ipc , mm court issued notice to accused ,accused took stay on notice from high court u/s 482 , next date in high court is 10 march ,my concern is that accused is a foreigner and he can go out from india , is there any provision in our law that he can't abscond before 10 march
