KINDLY ADVICE ME ....
My neighbors has done ill-legal construction, which is causing difficulties in car parking of many neighbors.
Kindly suggest how can I lodge complaint and to whom?
And how can I know his, exact legal property boundaries before complaing?
Can I write through RTI ? or should I write to municipal ?
I am residing in North Delhi. Kindly advice me the road map for the legal action. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Get the town plan sanction map of your locality to know whether it is covered or not.

You can give application to DDA in order to get the plan sanction by the authority.
Once it is confirmed that it is illegal construction then give application for demolishing that structure to DDA.
