Registration of property

hello friends,

pls advise I am planning to buy a plot area 100 square yard in greater noida sec 150. i dont knw the process for its registration. generally developer of such told me that whenever i will give 50% of consideration such property will get registered on my name.

pls advice me what measures should i need to take while purchasing such property... pls help

Such offer should be taken with  a pinch of salt.

Before you make any payment, prefer proper legal opinion from local counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters.

Otherwise also proper legal opinion from local counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters, should be obtained.
