Can we get complete file of decided case of delhi highcourt and other highcourt under RTI including petition, reply, ordersheets etc.

Instead of RTI u can make application to get certified copies of HIgh court.

But we will get only copy of judgment by application for copying. I want to get complete petition, reply, ordersheets etc which is not permitted in the prevailing rules. pl suggest how to get whether RTI act not applicable for petition, reply to third person.

File under which rule RTI or court rule of coopying. As court rule of copying permits only certified copy of judgment . please suggest.
