Can someone please answer my queries:
I am managing a Fitness Centre in Mumbai effective from Feb 1, 2010 with 11 employees on my payroll.
1) Since the no of employees is less than 20, I am not covered under the PF Act. Is this correct?
2) Since the no of employees is less than 20, I am not covered under the ESIC Act. Is this correct?
3) Do I have to get registered under PTax Act?

you need to register your fitness centre under shops and commercial establishments act and also workmen compensation act.
