Case - disposed on nov. 30th high court madras

Hi All,

My wife had applied for case transfer to Kumbakonam from Chennai (Tr CMP). The case had disposed with transfer on 30th Nov.  I am not getting the order online or through lawyer. Why it is taking time for passing the order? After judgement any work involved?

Any site i can download the copy of the order online?

File for a certified copy there and then. Ususally it takes time to upload the orders

Pay fees to lawyer, he will give it to you.

Hi Vikram you apply for copy of your case and got certified case copy recieved from court other if court upload there judgement daily on there web than apply online and download softcopy
