Explaination for suppression

Sir, I have suppressed information about my passport application by ignorance and unintentionally. Passport office has demand furnish explaination for suppression of material information . Please guide me what I must do? I shall be highly oblige to you. I am non-employed. regards, Abhinav Jaroli
