SC/ST act

Hello, Me & my whole family trapped in false sc/st case. Its the matter of land-dispute which converted into sc/st act. Now, I want to know that how can I handle this? Can I get anticipatory bail in this section? I have got notice crpc 41(1) from police investigation officer. What is crpc 41(1) .? Can CJM or DJ give bail in behalf of crpc 41 (1).?? Please need your suggestion. Awaiting your reply Barun

You have to file anticipatory bail application before Additional Sessions Judge on the basis of the notice served upon you.

You got notice to cooperate in investigation, so as long as you abide by that terms and conditions there will not be any arrest for you. Any way, consult a good criminal lawyer for safe opinion.
