Gaurav yes you can review the HC order depending up on the fact of case.

Thank You for your advises. 

Basic facts of the case is that Police has filed chargesheet and our petition U/s 482 CrPC, challenging Jurisdiction of trial court and order on Charge passed by it, was dismissed by HC around an year ago.  

Now, as the same court has given relief in a similar matter, i wish to try myself again before HC.

The word 'similar matter' is quite consfusing and the HC can wriggle out of your accusation.  Revision is not possible.  For review petition before the same court, the time period is 30 days.  For filing Special Leave Petition before S.C. is 90 days.  After 90 days also you can file, if you satisfy the court with valid reason why you did not approach SC within 90 days.  But there, you have to prove that the HC verdict is bad in law on the basis of facts as well as law.
