Private tank,property

sir i had a karanam service inam land td 1660, i lost my td.102 acres granted.4 tanks in this land.inam deputy collector describes this lands as inamdar own tanks.and classified them as dry lands, and also enfranchised all tanks with quit rent.and for quit rent printed in district gazzette.i paid 1959,60,61,1952,53,54,55,56,57 revenue.all the tanks are shown dry in present revenue records also, but in fmb shown as tank.can these lands are private lands?
