We are planning Special Leave Petition to be filed in Supreme Court challenging the order passed in Regular First Appeal. This is in regards to one specific property in Bangalore whose current market value is around 4 crores.
What would be the typical Lawyer fee to handle this issue? We can pay a flat amount initially, also a percentage once we win the case. I need some ballpark before having a discussion with a Lawyer.

Another question - Typically within what period of time do we have to complete the process of filing the SPA in Supreme Court challenging the order passed in Regular First Appeal in High Court? In other words, what is considered as too late for filing the SPA? Do we have chances to file SPA after 15 months the order passed in RFA?
