Hi All, Can anybody guide me, I've filled a divorce case against my wife in IPC section 13(a). So at the of summonings, judge has mentioned 11000/- dd as litigation fee in the name of girl. What was that? Pls suggest. Regards Deepak

Hi Deepak first i clear here one thing you could not file your divorce in IPC section its crimnal law and only use by police and your divorce case register in hindu marriage law act 1955 sec 13 a called family law ( Hindu )

second thing i could not understand you mention here rs 11,000 rs DD for what plz clear that
