Accused booked under IPC 332 and 353, no arrests in 12 days

Dear Sir/Madam, I work in a Public Sector Bank and was doing recovery in NPA accounts. One of the defaulter's father started abusing and when asked not to do so started beating me with iron rod, stick, and even threw cycle on me. His sons were also involved inthis act. This happened on 01/09/2016, Still the accussed are roaming free. The SO of the Police Station is protecting them. IPC 332 and 353 have been levelled against them on 03/09/2016, yet they have not been arrested till now. Please suggest how to tackle this situation when police itself is protecting the culprit. Also, please suggest what action can be taken against the SO. Thanks & Regards, Suneel Pandey
