Query

Sir I have a property in Surat given by my aunty through a registered will . I made property tax in my name and enter my name in property card . so it is enough to sell the residential plot or any other documents required . please advice

sir 

I have an ancestral property share of my father in east UP where we are living for 30 year.My Father don't had  any land owning paper and he was passed away in 2013.Now I don't have any idea about how to get ownership of that landhome.

Plz suggest legal and easiest method to do get ownership of that land.As per my knoewledge my forefathers also didn't have any such papers,if they may did,it is lost now.I investigated and enquired from Lekhpal in his land record book but we don't find any thing with name if my father or myforefather.

If NO land in in name of your foreftaher's/fathers then how can you claim!

You can try to have considered opinion of your own counsel on 'Adverse Possession'.
