Tenant property

Sir I have a residential land 16 tenants are there and they are not vacating the houses . so I decided to sell this plot to some body can I sell it . what r the complications arise from this and how I can safely sell this plot without any harm to me and after selling I should not get any legal complications. Pls advice

The property is about 30 years old and no agreement is made at that tim e . the property was given to me by my aunty as she had no children's . the property is in my name now And I want to sell the property with tenant to some body . so can I do it
