Cancellation of registeration deed

Hello 

I just need to know; one property ( Land ) was registered by one party on behalf of both himseland the other party as well and  fradulant papers have been found. So where can this be submitted in orderto cancel the registration and consider it as void.

you need to file a suit for cancellation of sale deed
