Request court to hold cases as trying for reconcilation

Hi,
Me and my wife have divorce,child custody,maintenace and 498A cases pending in court for 1 year.We have one kid for 2 years.
However,we are trying for reconcilation as we both love kid alot.For kid sake,even I am trying to
take a chance with her as she is very aggressive & abusive in nature.I still dont have trust,but want to take a chance for my kids future.I require Court to hold my cases for one year,so if things goes fine,I will withdraw latter, otherwise need to contest from where I stopped.
Could I/we request court to hold on my cases.

Yes, you both can do it.

On next date of hearing, in any court, you both can say to court to send the file in mediation center.

In mediation center you both can choose next date of hearing as per you convenience and till the file is in mediation center case in the court will be stayed.

And in other courts, where your case is pending, just inform the court that mediation talks is in process.
