Sms in mid night hours by idea

IDEA is sending "50mb free data" SMS during midnight hours not ready to make stop on it and told this is service sms instead of promotion sms so it can not be stopped.

Do Idea entitiled to offer free service during mid night hours?

This free sms is a torchure by Idea to customer. how to stop it? my number already have DND

search on google for idea India website. Create login id and password. Access your account details. Uncheck all junk services that they turn on by default. Save it. Search on Google for idea India do not call registry. Enter your phone number there. Submit. Search on Google for national do not registry. Register your phone. Submit.
