Dear All,
My appeal is pending in court of Additional Session Judge. it is an criminal appeal. now court has given the next date of argument. My question is
Arguments in criminal case continues for very long time and many adjournments came between these days . How do judge will remember important points of argument. What is the general practice judges adopt to remember all points
What should i do make the court to remember my important points.

I know about written arguments but this is more effective when your argument is based on any judgement or any provision of law but when you are trying to convince judge on your point of view i think oral arguments are much better.
i just want to know how judges remember the important points of arguments because there are many adjourments between 1st argument and final arguments
Do judges write some important points of arguments
