Husband has filed for divorce under cruelty ground. Court dates were going on.
Wife was staying at her fathers house.
After 7 to 8 months, wife with help of her relatives forcefully enter husband's flat by breaking locks. and stays there. Husband moved to different place to safe guard from false cases.
Husband has filed private complaint in court us 156 3. Court ordered police to register FIR.
Now police is saying its right of wife to stay in husband's house. They cannot file IPC 452 creminal trepass complaint againt wife.
FIR is filed us 395, 406 452 504 506.
And police is saying they are going to submit negative report to court.
What should be my next step?
