Advice on activities allowed in owned garden area in society

Hi,

We stay in a co-operative society, with the ground floor flats belonging to us.

During purchase we had paid for the garden area surrounding our duplex flats. In the agreement it is mentioned that we have exclusive rights over the garden area.

I am interested in starting my own venture where I can set up a small business from home. Please let me know what all activities can be conducted in the garden area. For e.g. can I conduct workshops for cooking, drawing etc? Can I start a class for maths/music.

The other society members are not co-operative of the idea of we having our own space and starting a venture there, hence want to know what all is legally allowed.

Thanking you.
