Greetings!
I have worked for a firm called Coldwell Banker India Pvt. ltd. the Master Franchise of a 110 year old US Based company. I have been selling franchisees for them and after leaving the firm havent got my dues i.e. 1 month salary and Incentives that were pending from September 2015.
All follow ups are in vain - its been 90 days of patient follow up. The same is the case with most vendors and ex employees.
What legal action can I as an individual take?

You were in which state?
Did you submit notice of resignation or resignation with immediate effect?
What was your salary/month?
Did you get any appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips, ESIC card,Form16, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice/resignation, acknowledgment of handover of charge/assets, NOC/NDC, service certificate, relieving letter etc?
Do you have copy of incentive circular, perfromance data and evidence of eligibility of incentives?

i want to know that i have worked for one company for 3 months. The company has terminated me without notice and now i came to know that they are not giving me notice period money i mean one month salary.
how will i file a case against employer. please advice

Has the company supplied a written termination order?
If yes, what is stated in it?
