Action that can be taken against pg

My building is of 8 flats 4 of them is owned by one person and rest are individual flats. Now already had an office in one of the flats and a tenant on other now he has rented to some one else who has opened an pg in rest of the remaining 2 flats. We are disturbed every now and then as we live with our families. Here I would like to tell u that there is no co-operative society in our building. The smoke n drink and do hoka in these pg's we know as we get d smell of it. Can we take any actions against them. If yes plz help me with d procedures....

The society can lodge complaint/act with police.

1. If not done then first please talk to the occupants and try to resolve.

2. Next the flat owner can ask the occupants to vacate the premises.

3. Approach the police if nothing works.

In my opinion mutual resolution is the best way to sort this out.

"The smoke n drink and do hoka in these pg's we know as we get d smell of it."

Probably you are hinting at drugs.

Police, schools, societies etc are forming QRT ( Quick Response Teams) in some Distts.

It is a good initiative.

If required and available approach them to nab red handed.
