Shall punjab agricultural produce marketting act 1961 allow any one license to have two place of working in same notified market committee area

Mr.Dalip Ahuja,
Whatever that is not specifically barred is deemed to be permissible hence if in case there is no specific bar one licencee can work from two places. As a abundant precaution let this fact be placed on record by way of a formal communication to the concerned department for bringing this fact in their notice for future references. If in case they object you may clarify otherwise it shall be considered to be the deemed approval for the same.
