Decree passed Ex parte

We filed a case against one of our buyer for non payment with interest.. we won the case as the defedant didn't appeared on hearing twice. Now he has appealed for setting aside the decree passed Ex parte by saying that the court notice was received by some helper of his office and he stays at different location. But in our books and his bills the address is same where the notice were sent. Can the case be reopened in high court.
