Club house owner ship

Hi
This is Janardhana Reddy from Hyderabad. I purchased a flat in gated community.
In our sale deed it is mentioned that builder has the right to sell the commercial facilities(gym, super market etc..) of club house.
Does the builder has the authority to sell the facilities  as the total land of venture is allocated to all flat owners ?
Please answer this.
