Hi,
What are the evidences required to prove that someone has produced fake certificate to get govt job.
Case: We belongs to Hindu ( Reddy OC). Neighbours (they belongs to same caste) from my village are constantly threating about the land litigations. Recently come to know that his son joined Police department by producing BC-D caste certificate.
Can some one please help me in collecting the evidence about the fake certificate.
What are all the documents that are required?

You can give complaint to the police commissioner with proves. You can take help from media like tv9, Andhra jyothi tv channels.

UJse RTI. take all documents from Taluk office used for getting this certificate.

Can i submit caste certificate of his cousins as a proof?
If his father is also having BC-D, then what is the procedure to punish this person.
Please help me sir.
