To secure ur property get mutated in ur name. i.e. enter ur name on ROR.
Weak case from ur side. High court give permenant injunction against you.
Undivided share when get by registered can be cancelled by court order. The registration is not valid unless consent given by owner.
Need to file cavet in High court for hearing you side before giving any judgement against you.
