Bike without temporary registration

Respected sir/madam I had bought two wheeler on June 11 2016 from a showroom in my home town.. They given us a white paper with signature and stamp as cash paid. When we asked about tr they said it takes month .on June 25 I was caught bymotor vehicle inspector in another town of same district in my state andhrapradesh.the bike was and kept in safe custody and they given us a case paper with four discrepancies 1.lack if registration 2.no driving licence 3.no PUC 4. No insurance.. No what is the process and how much fine we have to pay atleast approximate figure..bike was seized under the section 207 of MV act 1988
