Appeal time

Dear lawyers club.....I had a case in lower court regarding a land and house issue.we stay in that home for past 50 years. But the legal documents are with my uncle. They filed a case and today result came positive for them. My question is what time does court allow us to go for appeal and if we don't go appeal what time court allow us to stay that home. Does we can stay in the same home if we go for appeal.
