Respectef lawyers There is one important query which i want it to be addressed by respected lawyers 1 Sir I had worked inn state secretariat on the post of clerk 2011~2014. From there i applied fro the post of revenue inspector in uppsc . I got selected and resigned on personal ground from CSS to REVENUE INSPECTOR REVENUE DEPTT UP. 2 . NO ATTESTATION FORM HAS BEEN SOUGHT from revenue deptt.. PVR IS MADE FROM.PERMANENT ADDRESD AND CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS ALSO.ITS BEEN TWO YEARS NOW. 3 NOW I WANT YO APPLY FOR THE Post of Uppsc and there is no problem of NOC EXTRA FROM.REVENUE DEPTT. 4. WHAT MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DONT WANT TO SHOW MY FIRST JOB IN ATTESTATION FORM (personal reason as no NOC IS SOUGHT)BUT I WILL SHOW MY SECOND JOB IN ATTESTATION FORM 5.there will be no change of address as first job and permanent residence are same . 6. Is it advisable or not or it is too risky which may lead to my termination from present as well as future job.. plzz response able counsel
