Hi,
I received summons for Section-125 Maintenance case,through registered post.
First date is 18th July 2016 to appear.Application was filed in Januaray 2016 by my wife.
Is it valid & why so less time is given to me to prepare for my Reply to Court.

Just go to court and say, I just received the summons and I need more time to appoint lawyer and prepare reply,,,you will get next date
