wife not giving divorse

498a filed and acquited for lack of evidence in 2011. After that she went to some channel and said in media that i have made her undergo abortion twice after confirming female. But no proof of it. The channel simply broadcasted without any proofs in 2013. I have filed divorce on the basis of this. The case is reserved for judgement now. Meanwhile she filed transfer petition in highcourt to shift case to her nearest place. Please let me know what are chances of getting divorce now
