Dear Sir,
I reside in Borivili - Gorai area of Mumbai. We live in a 1+1 structure.
Some residents use motors to supply water from ground floor to the top floor.
Due to water cut last year our society had decided to cut power supply of all the houses for 1.5 hours daily during the summer time.
They have not resolved the problem of water supply yet and again this year they want all the houses to cut power for 1.5 hours daily.
Reason cited by few members is -
1. they dont get water supply due to power connection in the houses .
2. Everyone does it so you should also switch off your power.
They are not willing to check their water supply line and get the problem resolved.
We have requested the society that the power cut is not the solution to the water supply problem, and do not switch off our electricity, but still everyday there are quarrells regarding this matter.
Can the society forcefully cut my electricity power connection???
What is the procedure to make a complain about this issue.??
