My neighbour had rented his flat to some foreigners who are from Kenya. My house is near Apollo Hospital in Ahmedabad. The flat owner has rented the flat to 2-3 people and one among them in a patient and others are care taker.
He is doing this for last few months. Every 2-3 months, some new person comes in and old one lefts as his/her treatment is over.
Can he do it? Do he require to take permission for guest house, hotel etc. I got to know that he i doing on line reporting to nearest police station as well as do rental agreement. Is he doing anything illegal.
Can I complaint against the flat owner and broker in police or anywhere else?
