Sir , I am in need of valuable advice of experts that after 2 year of death of testator , property will has been submitted in court to probate . While will is in my favour ,other parties are calming that the signature on will are fake, Is there any way to get the signature confirmed from bank of from the office of the testator. Can hon'ble court issue direction to concerned bank or office to very the signature of testator. Or it is my own responsibility to prove the signature of testator in personal capacity
