It is the wife's prerogative to seek transfer of the case. Why you want the case to be transferred?

TN to Kerala or vice versa, you need to approach Honourable Supreme Court for transfer of cases. Or you can withdraw case and freshly file it wherever you want.

I am not happy with the advocate here in TN and I have already changed a lawyer whereas the Kerala lawyer who is handiling MC case seems to be better human being.
