Property received through parents will

sorry. the property has been received through will of the father framed when he was alive.

Approach the o/o Authoreity under whose authority the property falls e.g. MC and obtain the requisite forms/application/procedure. Submit the certified copy of the WILL, death certificate to transfer in name of beneficiary.

The authority may itself/or ask you to release the advertisement and if there is NO objection it may be transferred.

Or WILL may have to be probated. 

Our land had been divided between my grandfather and his younger brother in 1987 but younger brother took advantage of his brother illiteracy, land was separated giving good accessiblity to younger brother land. Where we grandsons have difficulty in accessing the land. Can we sue the younger grandfather ?
