I am the second son of my father and i have 3 brothers and 2 sister. I have NOC certificate from my two sisters. Now we have property having in the name of three brothers, but my elder brother does not want to divide the property. I want division due to fiance problem and i have all legal documents with the name of three brothers. So, kindly let me know about the legal procedure How to do it and i want that no body among two brothers will those property without the division.
