Old Building gone for redevelopment in 2010 and got O.C. in April 2014.
Can BMC can raised property tax, once it has been paid at the time of issuing O.C. ?
Now they are mentioing that that new building plan was not there, so they are raising taxes since 2010 to 2014 ?
If yes, then why BMC has given noc, to building proposal department at the time of issuing NOC?
Who is liable to pay taxes ?
